Porco Diavolo (DEVIL PIG) is a Calabrese style hot sauce with freshly imported tropes onions from Calabria, balsamic vinegar & red wine vinegar, slow roasted tomatoes, red peppers, sun dried tomatoes spices & star anise.
This sauce is a traditional take on a Calabrian hot sauce, medium spiced with a big hit of liquorice.
