Imperial Mexican Hot Sauce
A lovely Mexican hot sauce with chipotle in adobo, fermented chipotle chilli, red habaneros smoked on whisky barrel wood & coal , fermented scorpion ghost chilli, cumin, smoked paprika, smoked salt & lime juice. Some have described it as a smokey Mexican ketchup & we do not disagree! Very moreish and perfectly balanced with spice & smokey flavours. Again perfect for the colder nights & super versatile with most food but obviously the ideal sauce for tacos & anything Mexican.
